Dear Friends,
As you may agree, it has become more and more difficult to find ethical folks in the community who stand behind their word(s), product(s), promise(s); and/or hold themselves accountable. We seem to waste more and more of our precious time arguing with companies over their errors, like cell phone companies, cable companies, IRS, confused clients, insubordination, you name it.
So, I have decided when I do run across a person or company that truly cares about its customers/clients, i am going to let my friends know. Those who really step forward to help others is becoming more and more of a rarity. I hope we all can take time, sometime to do something similar.

Katherine was a pleasure to work with, assisted in the design of a precious piece of jewelry, most sentimental. From the beginning she was professional yet warm; followed up on a regular basis; delivered the piece on time; ensured that final modifications were made on time; and did all of this with class and grace.
